Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi 

Upon arrival in Nairobi, your cultural journey begins with a deep introduction to Kenya’s diverse heritage. You will visit the Bomas of Kenya, where traditional homesteads representing different ethnic groups are showcased alongside vibrant music and dance performances that tell stories of identity and community. Later, head to the Nairobi National Museum to explore Kenya’s history, archaeology, and art collections.

Day 2: Maasai Village Experience

On the second day, you travel to a Maasai village where you will experience one of Kenya’s most iconic cultures firsthand. You will explore their traditional homes, known as manyattas, and learn about their pastoral lifestyle, deep connection to cattle, and strong cultural values. Day 3: Lake Naivasha  Local Life & Nature Connection

Day three takes you to Lake Naivasha, where culture blends seamlessly with nature. You may also visit nearby farms or community projects to understand rural livelihoods and sustainable practices. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided cycling experience in Hell’s Gate National Park, where dramatic landscapes provide a stunning backdrop

Day 4: Lamu Island  Swahili Cultural Heritage

On day four, you travel to Lamu Island, a place where time seems to slow down and tradition remains beautifully preserved. Lamu Old Town is rich in Swahili culture, influenced by centuries of trade between Africa, Arabia, and India. Walking through its narrow streets, you will see coral stone buildings, intricately carved doors, and experience a unique car-free lifestyle where donkeys are the main mode of transport.

Day 5: Lamu Cultural Immersion & Departure

Your final day in Lamu is dedicated to deeper cultural immersion and relaxation. You can participate in a Swahili cooking class, where you learn how to prepare traditional dishes using coconut, spices, and fresh seafood. Alternatively, enjoy henna art, interact with local artisans, or simply observe daily life in this culturally rich environment. A peaceful walk along the beach allows you to reflect on your journey before departure.
