Day 1: Nairobi to Naro Moru Gate Trek to Met Station
Your adventure begins with a morning departure from Nairobi to the Naro Moru entrance of Mount Kenya. After registration at the park gate, you will start your trek through dense montane forest filled with wildlife and birdlife. The trail gradually ascends, offering a comfortable introduction to the climb. By afternoon, you will reach Met Station, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Day 2: Met Station to Mackinder’s Camp

You will eventually reach Mackinder’s Camp, located in a broad valley below the main peaks of Mount Kenya.

Day 3: Acclimatization Day at Mackinder’s Camp
This day is set aside for acclimatization to improve your chances of reaching the summit successfully. Day 4: Summit Point Lenana Descend to Met Station
You will wake up very early (around midnight or 2 AM) for the summit attempt. Trek under the stars to reach Point Lenana (4,985m) at sunrise, where you will enjoy spectacular panoramic views. After celebrating your achievement, begin your descent back down the mountain.
